By using this website or booking service, you agree to these terms. A signed written contract or estimate for a specific job controls over these terms where the two conflict.

Website Content
Articles, cost guides, and FAQs on this site are general information about plumbing and underground work in Ventura County. They do not replace an on-site inspection. Every property, pipe material, soil condition, and code requirement differs, so the price and scope for your job come from a site assessment and written estimate. Prices published on this site are ranges and change with materials, labor, and permit costs.

Service Requests and Scheduling
Submitting a form, calling, or texting starts a service request. A request becomes a booked appointment once we confirm a date and time with you. Scheduled times are service windows. Traffic, emergencies, weather, and job-site conditions shift arrival times, and we contact you if your window changes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls carry emergency rates.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after our crew is on the way are subject to the service call fee.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
- Our minimum service call fee is $175. This fee covers the trip and initial diagnosis.
- We provide a written estimate before starting work beyond the initial diagnosis. Work starts after you approve the estimate.
- Hidden conditions change the scope of a job. Examples include a collapsed line found mid-repair, unmarked utilities, rock or debris in a bore path, or code violations in existing plumbing. When we find a hidden condition, we stop, explain the issue, and get your approval on a written change order before continuing.
- Payment is due on completion unless a written agreement sets other terms. Commercial, HOA, and property management accounts follow the payment terms in their service agreement.
- Unpaid balances past 30 days are subject to collection. California law gives licensed contractors mechanics lien rights on property where they performed work.
Your Responsibilities as the Customer
- Confirm you own the property or have authority to approve work there, such as an HOA board or property manager approval
- Give our crew safe access to the work area, water shutoffs, cleanouts, and utility areas
- Tell us about known problems, past repairs, private underground lines, sprinkler systems, and buried features in the work area
- Secure pets and move vehicles and personal items away from the work area
Underground, Boring, and Excavation Work
Before we dig, bore, or run hydro excavation, we request utility locates through USA North 811 as California law requires. USA North 811 marks public utility lines only. Private lines, such as irrigation, landscape lighting, private water and sewer laterals, and low-voltage wiring, are not marked unless the owner provides locations or a private locate service marks them. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines the customer did not disclose.
Our boring work uses pneumatic boring. Surface restoration covers backfill and compaction of our access pits. Replacement of concrete, asphalt, pavers, landscaping, and irrigation is included only when the written estimate lists the item.
Permits and Code Compliance
We pull required permits for work within our scope and schedule inspections with the local building department. Permit fees appear on your estimate. Inspection timing depends on the city or county and sits outside our control.
Warranty
Warranty terms for labor and materials appear on your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on water heaters, fixtures, and equipment pass through to you under each manufacturer’s terms. Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, freezing, roots, ground movement, work by others, or items the customer supplied.
